For affiliates

• Commissions are retrieved from the trading fees paid by traders, with Orderly's base fee deducted.

• Affiliates will begin with a maximum commission rate of 40%-60%, subject to negotiation with BookX.

• Affiliates can then set both the commission rate and rebates for their referred traders.

For traders

• Traders referred by affiliates will benefit from discounts on trading fees permanently. The exact percentage is determined by their referrer.
